Anytime! We’re available year-round. However, since installation slots are limited and scheduling can fill up quickly, we recommend booking early to secure your preferred date.

Can outdoor lighting installation damage my property?
We use specially designed mounting clips for gutters and eaves, ensuring secure fittings without damage. For larger decorations or wreaths requiring more secure fixings, we will provide detailed proposals beforehand and always aim to minimise any impact on your property.

What happens if the lights stop working after
installation?
Our failure rate is less than 1% over the past decade. If issues arise, we aim to resolve them within 48 hours – within 24 hours in urgent cases.
Do I need to upgrade my electrical system before
installation?
Most of the time, we utilise your existing power supplies. If a dedicated circuit is necessary, this will be included in our quote.
Are they expensive to run?
Absolutely NOT, as we only use LED’s an average display would be no more than 200 Watts In total. Based on 8 hours a day over 5 weeks you will be looking at around £15 for your electricity bill!
How do you control the lights?
We set timers to turn your lights on and off at your preferred times for convenience.
Do I need to be home during installation?
Not necessarily. While it’s optional, being present can help address any questions or issues that might arise.
Can you install lights I already own?
Unfortunately, we can only guarantee the performance of our own products and decorations.
What warranty do you offer?
We confidently back our products with a 2-year comprehensive warranty. During this period, any mechanical failures will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Do I need to store my own lights?
Typically, yes. Our lighting equipment is compact and comes with storage containers. If space is an issue, we can arrange storage for a small fee.
Can I choose specific dates for installation and takedown?
Absolutely. We can schedule your installation and removal on your preferred dates—early bookings help ensure availability.
